Cancellations and Refunds: You can cancel your Services at any time. If you purchase a subscription to Services that automatically renews, you may cancel the subscription any time before the end of the current billing period and the cancellation will take effect on the next billing period, except as otherwise communicated to you by My Art Friends. You will retain access to the Member Services from the time you cancel until the start of the next billing period and will not receive a refund or credit for any remaining days in your current billing period. Subscription fees paid are final and nonrefundable, unless otherwise determined by My Art Friends. If My Art Friends reasonably determines that a user has violated these Membership Terms of Services, My Art Friends may immediately terminate the subscription and the user’s access to Services without notice and without refund. Refund requests should be directed to Cancel@MyArtFriends.com.

In the event of technical difficulties and/or other emergencies of the teacher(s) results in a cancelled or delayed class, the class will not be rescheduled and a refund will not be issued, nor will your membership be prorated.  My Art Friends teachers will make every effort to ensure all scheduled classes go on as planned, and will mitigate any technical difficulties as they arise.  You will receive notice via email and Slack of any cancellations or delays as soon as possible.
